GreenFest annual Sustainability family fun day at Corrimal High School.

This is a members, partners and friends social night which will be held in The Deck Kitchen upstairs at Wollongong Golf Club.  5.30pm meet for 6.00pm.

Tonight will be a member's corner meeting with updates from the Board meeting held on Thursday 1st May 2025.

Derek is the Founder of No More Zombie Veterans and will be telling us the organisation and his work with PTSD.

District Assembly is for Board members to learn about what's happening in Rotary and in the coming year.  It is also an opportunity for all members to learn more about how clubs are run and to meet our District team.

Graham Yates is the captain of Corrimal Fire Station which has celebrated its 100th birthday.  Graham has written a book about the history of the station and his experiences.

Our speakers tonight are Peter Meers and Maria Chapman who are co-foundations of Exsight, an organisation that provides tandem cycling opportunities for people who are vision impaired or who can't cycle on their own.

This Board meeting was re-scheduled from 3rd July (first Thursday) and is the first meeting of the 2025-26 Board.

Our free monthly community BBQ held on the highway outside Service NSW at Corrimal Park Mall.  Set up 10am, serving from 11am to 2pm.

This week's meeting is a social - 5th Wednesday of the month - and we are meeting for dinner at Bellambi Bowling Club.  5.30 for 6pm

There will be no club meeting on Wednesday 6th August.  We are visiting Dapto Rotary Club and joining their weekly meeting on Tuesday 5th August at Dapto Leagues club.  More details to follow on dinner arrangements.

Circular Plastics Illawarra is a local community advocacy and action group of concerned citizens in the environmental / research field from the Illawarra> The group is led by Dr Helen Lewis and includes representatives from University of Wollongong, Wollongong City Council, Shellharbour Council, Illawarra Shoalhaven Joint Organisation, plastic recycling experts, private sector consultants and citizen community advocates.

Our annual Trivia Night will be held at Woonona High School on Saturday 30th August, 6-9pm

Our guest speaker this week is MinChul Park, a Clinical Audiologist who has recently joined our club.  MinChul will be talking about his career, his connection with Rotary in New Zealand and how he came to Australia, now residing in Corrimal!

We will be running a BBQ at the Bellambi Bunnings Fathers Day fun night.
